Tony the Tiger from Frosted Flakes looks like a regular tiger (at least here in the US). I'm guessing he must look different where you're from I'll have to look that up!

Thanks George! The shapes were actually created with the pen tool and the lines with a default PS brush (hard). Then after i was all done i added a displacement effect on them using a custom texture.
