nope, i could never stomach/stay awake long enough through that movie to see the suits.

This one is designed along the lines of the Battletech universe's level of technology and battlesuit dogma. Any similarities is merely congruent design

you would have had to stay awake a LONG time, as they were never in the film.  (Yes, I did somehow stay awake..... but I want two hours of my life back!).


The novel on the other hand is something of a sci-fi masterpiece!  


Awesome suit, totally dig the dual slit visor!  I have used a similar design on many mechs and power armor cuz I think it looks cool!

I was actually referring to the book version of Starship Troopers, not that Verhoeven crap. The suit's weapons are similar(flamethrower, mini-missiles) though the ones in the novel were more genocidal(the mini-missiles are essentially mini-nukes, I shit you not).
