Been wanting to play this game for years but... well, never did. And after a conversation with who is a major Sly fan (seriously, she knows the games in and out!) I decided to get the sly collection for PS3 when I was in texas, and I just started Sly 3. Been playing it when I need a break from work, so, took me a while.anyway, loving the game, and the characters, and definately shipping Inspector Carmelita Fox and Sly XD (Again Just started sly 3, so no spoilers if they do get together in this or 4).

Carmelita is lovely when she is angry. She is always lovely when she is angry. No wonder Inspector Fox has her eye, and her shock pistol, Sly Cooper.

I could totally imagine this happening, the moments with Sly and Carmelita are always fun to watch. I love the way you capture the moment and reactions to each other. She is going to chase him to the ends of the earth for this.

Glad you like the Sly series. Yeah, i heard of it in passing back when PS2 was a big thing. Then i read a comic strip and BAM! I was hooked.

i'm not gonna spoil things, but if your just starting on sly 3, then you've missed too much of the story. when you try number one, you'll be surprised at the way the main characters start out

I like the plot in Sly 4. I thought it was funny and weird. Hope you will enjoy it when you get to it and the co-op battle games are fun in Sly 3.

Take my advice, stick to the Sly Collection and don't bother with the fourth game, the trilogy was developed by Sucker Punch, then they gave the title to Sanzaru and it lost all the character from the previous titles, the bosses are just uninteresting rip-offs, the Cooper Gang's personalities areΒ extremely different fromΒ the trilogy, and there's a bit too much dialogue during gameplay.Β Β But hey, this is just my opinion, obviously not intended to be taken too seriously.Β Great picture and I love your NHC series, keep up the great work.Β

Fair enough, but in my opinion, Sanzaru was in a very different mindset during the making of Sly 4, compared to what Sucker Punch did with the original trilogy

I never played those games, due to the fact I'm a Nintendo fanboy, and so I don't care much about what Sony or Microsoft are doing. But I have to admit, if I had PlayStation consoles, the Sly Cooper series is among the games I would definitely want to play. It just looks so much fun from what I've seen in the various trailers. Nice drawing, BTW.

so the the Sly collection you got for PS3 in Texas works in your UK PS3? I know I tried to buy my cousin soething, but the games here are region one and they need region two.

Awesome, our opinions are aligned.
A quick warning. Sly 3 (for me anyway) tended to overheat my PS3 quickly. If you start to hear odd electrical noises, turn the system off for a while, otherwise it may freeze up.
Although, it may have to do with the quality of the game disk you're using. Good luck. And pick those pockets!
