We're* all still a bit heady from November 4, but for now I'd like to call your attention to a lesser known but no less important** vote.On November 2, Kagami Hiiragi of Lucky Star took the final round of the 2008 Anime Saimoe Tournament 1037-976, thus earning the coveted** title of most moe anime girl of 2007.
Just for clarification, she's dressed as Hatsune Miku because I thought she would look good like that, not because I'm bitter that Miku lost. (I was hoping for Matsuri Shihou.)

Both. If you check out my tutorial (which I see you did,) you'll see that I used mostly tablet for the lining (with vectors [mouse] for long regular curves) and then switched over to all vectors (pretty much) for the coloring.

I agree with Yukiko; the shoulder does look a little off. Otherwise, this is hawt. Just like the rest of your work.

The whole piece has a certain level of detail that's kind of nice, but I wish you had taken a bit more artistic license and given her face a little something more, to match. I'm still impressed, though.

The perspective on the shoulders/chest looks a bit off. The angle that her boob is, I guess. You shouldn't be able to see it like that from that angle, or make her right shoulder lower and set further back. Iunno, I'm no expert, idk how to make it look better but there's something a little bit off there D:
