No less ridiculous ink than it was in pencil [link] , but as I stated before, admitting just that makes the drawing experience a liberated one.The inked version of an early concept for something special, down the road.
I hadn't touched ink in a while, I always fear the ability has vanished, so I do these things to make sure I still can.

So with inking, there's no substitute for practice, maybe mess around on photocopies? I feel like it's important to really know the tool in a way where it's just an extension of your hand and you can predict what each mark will be like, not that you should be rigid, but so you can work relaxed, rhythmically and intuitively.
Before working, I warm up for a long time, just to get comfortable with the tool and then... I take my time, but work steadily.
Of course, I'm still learning
