Description (EDIT: Enhanced the look of the eyepatch, sorry about that!)

Tadaaa, and here is a remade Carraig. Oh how I love this elf! I had fun painting him with messy hair for once and look at his fancy eyepatch! It is more decorative now and the scales have been inspired by dragons, hence the design. Carraig likes dragons. This patch still is enchanted by the way.

Carraig Mordae is a noble weapon master, married for the third time and father of 21 (known) children. The weapons he holds are ancient "scorpion" blades and have been a gift of his third wife.

DAZ Studio 4.6 render with Photoshop painting. Quite some hours went into this until I was happy. But oh well.

Toll... naja... besser, als als Christkind.

Wobei mir da wnn ne Szene vorschwebt... wie die beiden da stehen, ne Garderobe in der Mitte. Sie ziehen sich gerade die Kikolauskostüme an, Stiefel stehen da rum, Bärte hängen da usw... und meiner guckt an sich runter, nur Unterwäsche, der Mantel offen drüber, viel zu groß und er zieht den so auseinander. "WAS soll das????"
Und Carraig daneben, auch in Unterwäsche und dem offenene Nikolausmantel, kratzt sich den angesetzten Bart, verzweifeltes Gesicht. "Ich habe nicht die GERINGSTE Ahnung..."

This is gorgeous. He's an amazing character with such a great story. The patch seems pretty large, I don't know if I'm viewing it wrong. His messy hair is lovely. I love that it's wavy. The detail on his weapons and on that wavy hair is just amazing. These were hours well spent IMHO. I really appreciate being able to see him like this. Beautiful.
