Beautiful shot! Love the lighting on this, and the warm colours are used effectively; the warm colours along with the slight blurring of the tree just gives off a warm fuzzy feeling. Even though the tree is surrounded by snow (is it? i'm not sure but that's what it looks like), the cosiness of the atmosphere is not lost.
Just one thing, I think it would look better if you crop the picture and just remove the white parts. Unless it was intended, but I don't see the purpose of the white parts being there and they distract me from the picture.
