Shockwave rebuilt and improved it from the remains of Shatter and Dropkick, unknowingly Shockwave ended up intertwining a small memory fragment of both towards Blitzwing,Finally part of the personality of both was tied to Blitzwing, due to this Blitzwing became a little more aggressive and resentful for the fact of having two personalities taking his body, and the Monoculo is an accessory that was built to analyze certain weapons and anomalies within a Cybertronian

Dropkick:Random Head/Pyscho head

When Blitzwing is transformed into a human, Shatter and Dropkick end up separating from Blitzwing's body, eventually breaking free.
