so I was fooling around with this -->and came up with a draft that screamed green haired unicorn at me.

Thanks for the help everyone. I love a lot of the ideas I received both here and on FA for this new unicorn.
But this was as far as I got. So... since I know you people are out there watching me, I would like your thoughts
Name: Ayahuma - but can be called anything spirit, plant, or nature related because she calls herself by no name, so it's what ever impression others get of her, what ever they wish to call her is her name at that moment
sex: mare
species: unicorn
personality: gentle, shy, quiet, illusive, lots of common sense
abilities: (think fern gully) she can make plants/trees/vegetation grow as well as control them. She can also sort of calm emotions that would cause her harm. Such as a hunter wanting to shoot her, she can sway his emotions or thoughts to change his mind about killing her, but only long enough to get away
other: butterflies tend to be attracted to her, following her around, sitting on her, etc. and she doesn't mind one little bit.

First, love the design, the green really pops against the monochrome body and it works really well 
1) Mare - chunky babes are hot ^^ and all too often you see the shire-esk builds as stallions.
2) Inertia ([link] )
3) Calm, compassionate, quiet. The rock of any group, she stays calm under pressure and says very little; yet always comes up with the best solution to the problem at hand. Often lost in thought but not ditzy. She's cool and methodical, doesn't shy away from the tough choices and sticks to the task at hand.
4) Magical ability; some form of rock skin and or camouflage, the ability to not be seen but not invisibility.
5) I love her design as it is, if you chose to go with the rock-skin type ability, then having a crystalline form would look great ^^

Ooh, green hair and those eyes <3 It's cool that his dapples connect to make a solid color on his face/legs.

3) Powerful presence, very awe-inspiring and somewhat intimidating. Very confident in himself, quiet, but is heard when he chooses. Protecting, sort of all-seeing.
4) Humm.. Perhaps he could create a light from his horn tip? Sort of like a beacon at night.
5) I think he would look cool with an adornment on his horn or in his mane -- something earthy.

Her name should be Envy. She is a modest mare from the land of Stone giants, hence the dappled coat. Her majic is that of enchantment. All who see her wish to own her as their precious pet and she is always able to escape their grasp. She lives a puzzled life because she does not know it is her majic that causes others envy and she is honestly modest. As a mare and a pet I would like to see some sort of adornment or accessories. Maybe something weaved into her main or tail but nothing that shoes any control over her, such as, bridal, saddle etc. Meh, those are my thoughts.

Adrastos (Greek Mythology: "Not inclined to run away")
Hyperion (Greek Mythology: A Titan who presided over sun & light)
Koios (Ancient Greek: A questioning word meaning "Of what kind", also a Titan god of intelligence)
3) Personality: Usually strong, silent & a powerful essence. Very much "all in his head".
He will, however, turn up unexpectedly, defend the weak & spare no pain on those who have inflicted evil. This usually happens in a blinding, neurotic and intense panic, like he cannot control himself. Afterward he bears little recollection of what happened and goes back to being quiet & stoic.
4) Magical Ability: Possibly. If the character were mine, I would not choose this option. However it may be a fun distinguishing characteristic! Perhaps a powerful aura, Ability to see or sense future events, etc.
5) Add Anything: Nope, looks great!

2) Random names I think that fit him: Fargo, Saru (Pronounced S-arer-you), Paru (P-are-you), Favorn
3) Paranoid, cautious, possibly just a little mentally off.
4) Personally, I don't think so. But, its up to you. I think If he did have some sort of powers, I would say something simple.
5) I would say make the horn not bent back as much as it it. It looks a little odd to me.

I would totally say...

2) Make up your own! lol or have a meaning search, if you really want a feeling behind his/her name.
3) maybe nervous or really high-strung. He'd look great charging, rearing, and bucking I bet with all of that hair.
4) It's obviously up to you, but I think a magic ability might be nice. Something simple, maybe it affects other people's moods. Like they have an overwhelming sense to do something.
5) Nothing from my point of view- you could always decorate him in tack, make something that suits him.
What do you think you're going to use him for? A story/comic or a horse-art stable?
