Day 10 - Purpurite

I couldn't really find much info on this gemstone, so I took that as free reign to do whatever the heck I wanted. To me, the tumbled gems look like a galaxy encased in stone, so I shamelessly went that route. I like her!

The dot cards I've been using for the background paint are in 9 sets, four per card. By sheer coincidence, the first 4 or 5 I did were in the same corner without me noticing. Then another couple were in the same place, but I did notice. So I ended up making myself finish the bottom right corner, just to say I did, and by further coincidence, that was the only corner that was possible for: the other corners all had ones I'm skipping for one reason or another. So while all of that was fun and dandy, it meant that I ran out of bottom right corners, and I had NO IDEA which stone to work with today. I ended up looking through my future Unconventional Mermaid reference folder for something, came up with a thumbnail, and picked a stone based on that.
And for tomorrow?
No sweet clue.
