But really, I've seen some GIMP users who are just as good! GIMP is up for free download since it's freeware, but they say it's about just as good as Photoshop!

Uhhh actually it can be downloaded from any browser as far as I'm concerned.

It's a downloadable programme for your desktop; maybe you can find something for your computer's OS. MY OS is still Windows XP (lol) but the last time I downloaded there it's pretty fine.
