This picture has something dark about the sight, looks like being taken in a creepy place. I really like how you can see the town, I don't find it particularly great the thing to have all of those branches.
I love how you can see the snow which is great. But the picture is a bit to dark and I kinda like color and I think a color version of this picture would be awesome. What could be great for this picture would be a square crop.
is it just me or is this picture a bit to blue?

It is intentionally a bit blue. But not blue enough so you could say: "hey, look, a blue photo!" when you see it.
It adds to the atmosphere.

e frumoasa poza dar mi se pare ca e putin subexpusa la margini,incearca sa faci forografiile in format raw..asa iti permite sa faci mult mai multe ajustari cum ar fi compensarea expunerii si recuperarea zonelor supra/subexpuse

Ai dreptate. Camera, insa, nu-mi permite sa fac fotografiile in format raw. Mi-am luat-o in necunostinta de cauza (e prima mea camera) si nu sunt deloc multumita de ea. Oricum, multam de sugestie!
