If you are a metahuman, mutant or otherwise, thses are the guys you should be afraid of, these are built for riot control, and they don't use foam or riot sheilds, they will litterly break you legs, break your arms and then stun you....in that order.When making this one, i imediately thought of Mega Man's Yellow Devil and Sonic Heroes' Metal Overlord and slpiced the two together!
