Well The entity thats being potrayed is suppose to be an Inner Dimensional Being. And in ancient myths they talk of elves, gnomes, and fairies living in other worlds.
So this is just a repsentation of what they might look like beaming out from there dimension.

I have heard of and read of inner dimensional beings... or was inter dimensional... I think these are the same/similar?

Elves, gnomes, fairies are a fascinating topic.

Yeah thats basically what I was going for,
just renewing old myths but Terrance McKenna
thinks that there all one of the same and can be contacted
through visionary plants like DMT, Psilocybin Mushrooms, and of course Ayahuasca. But thats what I was trying to represent the creatures or entities that dwell in these realms.
