Timeline:
Age 7 - Moved from Cinnabar Island to Vermilion City
Age 10 - Received Ares.
Age 11 - Dad left.
Age 12 - Began training with Lt. Surge.
Age 17 - Completed training. Ares evolved and he started his Pokémon journey in Kanto.
Age 18 - Trained meditation and fighting techniques with E4 Bruno.
Age 20 - Journeyed into Johto where he met Ronan.
Age 21 - Traveled to Hoenn. Decided to become a Pokémon breeder.
Age 24 - Traveled to Sinnoh. Bought some land next to his house and began the pkmn farm. Got engaged with a girl from Johto.
Age 26 - Traveled to Unova. Saved enough to open a small training gym next to the farm.
Age 28 - Traveled to Kalos. Engagement broke off before he departed. Tattooed the Arcanine stripes.

Personality Summary: Introvert but strong willed. Generally avoids conflict if possible but will take action if needed. Hard working, and likes to feel he has earned what he's got. Highly organized and obsessed with punctuality. He is very smart and enjoys making "plans of action" for most things. Mostly serious and determined. Very disciplined and doesn't show his soft side unless he feels comfortable with those around him.
Factoids:

History: Born in Cinnabar Island at the same moment as the Pokémon known as Mewtwo. For this, he shared a slight psychic bond from birth with the Pokémon legend that began to strengthen over time. His parents moved to Vermilion City shortly before the volcano destroyed most of the island. Growing up, he spent most of the time with his childhood hero, Lt. Surge. He was the first one to notice strange psychic outbursts from Conall when he was upset, often ending in bizarre situations. All this led to Conall feeling like an outcast or the odd one out. Even his own dad took him for a freak and left him and his mother. Through exercise, weight training and discipline drills under Surge’s guided supervision, the boy grew into a hardened man and trained his mind to control the outbursts that scarred him as a child.
He started his Pokémon journey in his late teen years, after graduating high school. Under Lt. Surge’s reference, he traveled to meet with Elite Four Bruno, who taught him how to focus and center his mind through meditation and martial arts. Later on, he met his now best friend, Ronan, on Ecruteak in a fateful encounter close to the legendary Suicune. He traveled then to Hoenn, planning to study to become a Pokémon breeder and Personal trainer, learning all he could of the science behind it. His goal was to raise strong and healthy Pokémons and help trainers to be strong along with them. He traveled to different regions, studying and learning different breeding, training techniques and exercise disciplines for different types of Pokémon. He keeps with himself a black leather notebook where he keeps all the notes, drawings and diagrams he has gathered in his travels.
On Sinnoh he met an artistic trainer girl that was once his fiancé. They were engaged for a couple of years, discussing how and when to settle down, but eventually, they realized there roads were not meant to be together and they broke off the engagement.
Conall eventually traveled back and forth from Vermilion City and other destinations, either learning from Pokémon Professors or observing Pokémon’s in the wild.
