Now, I know there are no anthropomorphic dinosaurs on Dinotopia as evolved naturally, but I do know that Ogthar, first king of Poseidos, was rumored to be half-human and half-ceratopsian. This guy could have been a human descended from Ogthar who found a way to change into this form, and same goes for his generals.

How did he do it? I haven't thought that far ahead yet. Sunstones, I suppose.

Besides, once I keep that part of me quiet a moment, the rest of me sees some decent ideas in this concept. The part of me that isn't sick of Land Before Time after 12 sequels and a TV spinoff.

Or it could be my bronyism influencing me to think about things from others' perspectives.
