Sea Dragons are large marine reptiles that grow to 30-40 feet in length, though larger specimens are attested to by sailors from time to time.Sea Dragons are found in warm, shallow seas.
Sea Dragons give birth to live young, juveniles will shelter in mangrove swamps and lagoons until they are large enough to brave the open sea.
Adult Sea Dragons are generally the apex predator of their domains and are not fussy eaters, feeding on fish, squids, rays, sharks, turtles, seals and seabirds.

Hmm, I'd say to make them more serpentine. Shrink the hind flippers some, make the lower half much longer and snakier, and give it some armor like the mosasaur from Jurassic World. The jaws could be made a bit more powerful, and it could stand to have more teeth.
