First, the body's outline is great. Your overall silhouettes are coming along nicely. However, it's kind of flattened out by the straight lines in it (the two lines used to define the ribcage stand out, and the line of her abs is a close second). The lines of the clothes can also be used more to define the volume of her body, like how you did with her super-tight top, but not as much with her visible thong.
Next, the wide, staring eye with its completely visible iris prrrrrrobably doesn't convey the friendly expression that you want it to. She looks like she's terrified on half her face and playful on the other half. She's kind of smiling one of those smiles you read about that "doesn't quite reach her eyes," which sucks because you did a nice job on the smile, but the rest of her face kind of takes away from that. Her open eye should be closing slightly at the bottom as the muscle in her cheek moves with her smile.
Finally, keep drawing hands. Her fingers look a little too small here, or maybe the base of the hand is a bit too large, but it seems a bit off. One last thing: Why is the word balloon half-obscured by her head? e.deviantart.net/emoticons/h/h… " width="15" height="15" alt="
Low vision and originality scores because the content's not really anything *new*, scantily-clad lady doing something. The facial expression gets extra points for impact, while negatively impacting the technique score.

It's a bit too late for a full critique like you asked for, but I wanted to randomly comment on the expression. I'm not sure what you were going for, but I believe a nice wink from a nice girl. However, the expression looks a bit odd and it's totally the open eye that's throwing it off. The pupil is a bit small and the lines for the eye itself (plus lashes) are done in such a way that it looks a bit like she's insane or angry. Cover up part of her face with your hand- you'll notice that covering that open eye makes her seem super nice and happy, but covering the eye on the right side makes her look like she could be holding a knife in her hand and staring someone down psychotically. I would suggest playing with the eye, changing the shape of the bottom and top and how you draw her eyelashes, to make her look like I believe you intended- a sexy nice girl. Good luck, and have fun.
