Here's an alternate version of my coloring of A. Tsukimi's lineart.This time around, I took what I'd like to call an "old-school" approach. It used to be that I saw a LOT of artists do this with their digital works back in the day, and now that I found out how to do it (well, it's more like I've gotten advice on it), well, I went ahead and did it. I even adjusted the lineart to match the background color.

Huh, I used to do this same sort of thing for a lot of my pics- using some altered version of the lineart as the background. I don't know where I got the idea from, though I guess I must have seen someone else do it first. It's weird to regard that technique as "old school," but come to think of it, I resorted to that practice in years, and I can't remember the last time I saw anyone else do it either.

I'm not sure. The thing about it is, she belongs to this guy I've been following for years, and this is a lineart he did that I found, fixed up, and colored.. He's drawn her quite a bit, and her look does suggest "tomboy", but I have no real way of knowing.
