Over on twitter I decided to make two OCs based off one color each, because I realized all my fave characters in stuff either have a majority white or a majority black in the color palettes. lol.
Anyway this is the first one..based off the color black and nothing else. With no particular thing in mind I wound up with a night themed dragon prince in a more human form! ^^
