Last sketch commission from the batch for Hahaha I'm so ready for the next ones~I'm a liiittle iffy on his skin color, but it's the best I could find without being too weird X'D Oh and if you look closely, he also had a braid I added in the coloring process (he needs to be part of the trend too C: ) It's fed into his ponytail, but it's not very obvious because of the coloring Owo''' Annnd, wings are still a pain, ugh...the dragons are SO beautifully and intricately colored in the movies, it's really hard to translate that TwT And I still feel I need to practice my facial hair drawing, but for Hookfang...I really like how it looks on him actually
The other sketches are fullbody, HTTYD 1 Hookfang (he's very upset oops), and pulling Hiccup out of some stupidly dangerous situation and wondering how he is going to explain this to Toothless without getting blamed and having his head ripped off

Hookfang is not my character, he belongs to Dreamworks' How to Train Your Dragon, but his humanoid design is indeed mine~

Hookfang is male in the animated franchise, though the dragon named Hookfang in the books is a female.

I'm actually really happy with the skin color, especially on his wings. The more I was thinking about it, the more I worried that his coloring would look too weird on a humanoid, but I think you did a really good job of adapting it, softening it with more brown and stuff. ^^ And I love how close his wings look to canon. 8)

I think the facial hair really works on him. ^_^ He's a really strong rugged manly guy; also, one of the reasons I liked it was because it made him look a bit similar to Snotlout while still retaining his own individual look.
LOL, I don't know why angry kid Hookfang makes me want to squee and hug him. XD He's cute~ <3
I love his boots~! I like his whole outfit, actually (and Stormfly's, too!), it looks so cool and fantasyish and Vikingey, and would probably be fun to cosplay. X3
HAHAHAHAHA I love that picture of him dragging Hiccup out of trouble. XD XD XD Ohhh Hiccup, it doesn't matter what age you are, you are always adorable. XD I think I enjoy seeing him get hauled around by these dragons too much.... I love that it seems to be interim-Hiccup, too; how old is he, about 18 or so?
Looooollll, now I want to write a fic about that.... I probably will as soon as I can get a solid story idea for it. XD
