Drawn in 12 hours with pencils (in range 8B-2H), mechanical 0,5 mm pencil, rubber and blending stump. I gave it today to my jobmate for his 65th birthday as a surprise gift. He's one of my best friends and one the best persons you can meet in your whole life. Vulgar talking, cursing, with a great sense for gallows humour, but a guy with his gold heart on the right place, always ready to smile and to help other to the detriment of himself. He's there to tell you anything you need to know even you not gonna like it. The life fucked him many times, but as an incedibly balanced man, he have no regrets about anything he have done. He once asked me if could draw the portrait from a photograph and sent me the reference. He really liked the subject's expression. I said only 'I dunno, may be I can do it. I'll try it one day' and haven't told him anything until today.
