Do you play?

heheh... i'm defiantly a PC lover alright, and prefer them over an console stuffs (eg: [link] my latest build) .. though once upon a time nintendo was all there was (do you rememeber
do i play WOW?... ummm the idea of paying ti play a game after you've already bought hte disk...makes me laugh but i cant understand how on the competitive level its the norm for RPG's...give me an FPS (Quake or similar) and i'm all set. these days i just try stay creative...games are great..you know those ones that you play through over the weekend and be doe with them? i'm into those now..for story archs/impersion experiance..i.e. prince of persia, assasins creed.. and my fav genre.. survival horror..dead space... but ya i've noticed since photoshop has taken over my soul.. i have to stay creative/productive or i will waist away the weekend to games that get me not much else but unproductive gratification...when i retire maybe...but for now... i do guitar covers @ [link] when i'm not photoshopping...which requires obsessive rehersal..or sometimes just blah-improv ahhaah

Damb - great cover! You've got a real talent there! Can't remember the last time I heard a decent Floyd cover!

I know someone who builds PC's from scratch too (though his look considerably less professional lol). I must admit, I'm more of a console gamer, but that's just because PC gaming is slowly being made redundant as you said. I definately won't pay for WOW anymore - I just mooch game time off of people who do.

Undead class ftw!

heheh.. i wouldnt call i a cover..more of a 'harmonizing play along' ...i mean to cover it note for note i'd need like 12 instruments + fx pedal electronica stufffs. glad you enjoyed it any how

yup yup its all lego...but expensive lego hehehe and sux when it wont work...makes me cry like a toddler with broken lego
i didnt mean to say it weas going redundant..but err i just cant find the time for it...its sort of the 'enthuisast' gamming platform, right? you can interchange anything to up your FPS/experiance..right? ...it will remain a neich for that stuffs... PC/Macs arnt going any where, lol already thenew PS4 type stuffs are about generations years behind current top tiech pc hardare configurations and that sheit aint even released...

i cant wait to play all teh gamezz when i retire...they will black hole me retirement to infinity... hehe as/when that starts depends on me i supose hahaha mooch, we used to do that in highschool/senior school..crack games (so you dont need the cd's) via the internet..so when ever some one had a game..it was like almost his duty to pass that sheit around lol good times.

have you played Borderlands/2? that is some WOW-ish fun dude... Siren ftw

Well, of course I meant a cover of the specific guitar parts.

I remember the good old days of mooching games too. Although ours was less tech oriented in that we just made lots of pirate copies ha ha! Still to this day have no idea how in the hell my friend managed to copy a non-linear RPG onto shitty store-bought CD's!

And I've got to admit, although I prefer console gaming, the specs on computer gaming is about a thousand times superior to any of the consoles available out there right now. Take Minecraft as a shite example - SO much more available, the texture packs have higher specs, less RAM needed to run it smoothly etc. It's all down to commericialisation these days. :/

Lol, no way - Mechro-mancer FTW!

suweeet

hehe
its all about the ROM drive.. CDR...then DVDR's (when games got bigger/high density disks)..but then again when i was like 6 i remember an older buddy of mine who lived down the block used to have some old Lucas Arts game (george lucas arts games for windows 3.1) he had like 7 floppy disks of a game hahah omg 1993 i think i recall there was alot of documentation how to do that sort of thang on the internetz...but ya...where i grew up you could easily grab pirated ps1 games left right and center...people would go by: "which console has the most easily atainable pirated games?" lol... only part of the surreal hypocrazy of growing up in the middle east lol.. lots of outright piracy that no one policed

ahhh ha great example madame.. sure, not that i played it much, but hello free texture packs, mods ect..vs paid for map packs for COD series ..insane..lol consoldes are a monetizers wet dream...but for pcs/online community... giving away maps mods is just part of teh pc-developer mindset (i.e. web code is free its called 'opensource' and is 99% better than propriety code built for just 1 purpose lol ) i hear if you have enough of a beast you can soup up Skyrim to even moar Highres texture packs and more realistic skins for weapons ect...i did fallout3 and thought against doing that all again with swords and bow and arrows hehe

yaa ramm..which today..as most tech is..comes pretty cheap... i regularily look @ these guys recomended builds (they are funny metalists with a hardon for hardware) they give part names/recomended substitutes... and ya your expected to know how to slot it all together... but the price ranges are amazing if you/a buddy of yours is in the market for some budget parts for their new rig, its worth a look @ their latest recomended build @ [link] have fun

omg..ya that's an amazing character...fav in the game... her gun is cool..i never used to just kept it in my hoard backpack. totaly enjoyed BL2.. really cool storey depth and suprises...thoroughly entertained

Aye. Gutted Roland died though. Honestly, I expected Mordekai to go...

Lol, I'm trying to keep up with this tech jargon, but I'm way outta my depth on this one!

hehe. no worries thats about my depth for tech..anything else is just a pissing contest over config vs hardware vs price performance lol
