just finished these. i decided to take a day off EVERYTHING and just draw. so....hope you dig!done on moleskin paper with mars graphic 3000 brush pens and my trusty ballpoint pen.

Your art style is the friggin' business - I love how you go for a very chic and stylistic 1950s look to your work, the result being extremely energetic and expressive looking characters. I'll be keeping my eye on you.

thank you! im trying out some new designs lately, something looser looking. i like stylized stuff, but its really repeditive after awhile, i think. ahh, gotta move upwards, right?

yep, i got mine at opus, and the last time i was at loomis, they had them too. a big variety of books, different sizes and shit.

This is one of your best sketchbook spreads yet. It looks more like an actual composition, and not just a bunch of scribbles. The page on the right especially.
I like the little details, like the red hands and the text, and I'm totally in love the the girl at the bottom of the righthand page.

thank you! like i said, i figured that id try a more traditional look, and for my artwork, ill be doing more like this , possibly some real experimental ones with paint all over the place, we'll see, ahah. i think the toothpick dude is my favorite though. badass, haha.
