Oh, and I should have said this before: this is a very impressive pic, one of your best yet. The character design is strong; whether she's good, evil or in between, she definitely someone you don't want to mess with. And the lighting/shading is awesome! It really sets up the pic's atmosphere. Your talent is developing nicely; keep it up!

More dragon-like than dog-like! I'm not sure which is the correct kind of kobold, but this one is quite nice. I like the minimalistic color scheme and the lighting it brings.
