the only reasons im using ix is that its simple and not as much work to replace copy x with , people like it , and most of its attacks are buster based , copy x is a main character in the story so i has to use a good megaman x villain that would fill the role nicely and that would actually fit in game.

I'd use the Return armor for when he's fighting, and the original design seen here: static3.wikia.nocookie.net/__c… for the normal form for when he's not fighting.

i think Strike's design was somewhat inspired from IX, because IX has been around since the Megaman X comics from the 90's
