Dig it. I see how it and Tom Waits could be related...

This came out so well. What a cool idea. Funny how associative memory is too, yeah? Keep it up!

This is really good in every aspect. It reminds me of a panel from Hellboy, or a song by Big Business.

Nice size to work on, and you fit a lot of detail in.

Nice. How do you like lino compared to woodblock?

jacksprat In reply to megamoth [2010-10-07 16:40:52 +0000 UTC]
Lino where I live is nigh impossible to find and prohibitively expensive. Wood on the other hand...expensive but no too terribl and easy to obtain. Baltic cedar I think is supposed to be the best wood for printmaking.

Good to know, I get the question a lot from customers at the art store. It has been one area where my printmaking knowledge is lacking.

Baltic birch, not baltic cedar. Knew that sounded wrong. Glad to be of assistance.

Beautiful! When I look at this some sad creepy music runs through my head. It seems like part of a story.

Thank you! That's kind of funny since I was listening to sad creepy music as I was making it. However Tom Waits is however a lot less sad and creepy than a lot of stuff we play in the studio...
