Being a psychic, a humanoid, and a girl, Kikyou is in a fortunate position to understand her trainer, the only real human in a toy world. Her ultimate personal goal is to truly learn the secrets of the reality within this human's mind. She also helps organize the other Pokémon and figure out how to best fulfill the needs of the community.
As a Gardevoir, Kikyou is regarded as beautiful no matter what she does, but she considers herself a tomboy. Any effort she puts into her appearance is for convenience and health, not for beauty. She often finds herself on expeditions to the wilderness and isn't afraid to trudge through the mud.
