I will say though, you could have turned the viaduct into a tradition japanese curved bridge - Other than that it's completely awesome!

There is lot of potential in those environment for magic creatures - caves, coast, underwater world... I`m wondering what young wizards would find during their adventures. Also, I think that apart of great idea, You choosed colours really well - the Academy looks like almost invisible, with contours enlighted by sunset or something. Surely it`s magic: )
