Okay, first at all I'm sorry about this but I'll say it:
I don't like Halle Bailey as the new Ariel, not at all, not even a bit.
And no, I'm not racist, please don't think I am...
Ariel has always been my favorite Disney Princess and always wanted to see a Live Action version of HER, and by "her" I mean this one, the red haired we all know since 1989.
They DIDNT HAS to change her whole appearence, Disney has plenty of dark skinned girls (beautiful dark skinned girls, in fact). Why doing it with Ariel, then? I don't know..
Anyways, I put all my feelings into this drawing to express how I feel, this is some kind of tribute to Ariel, the red haired one.

Personally, I really don't care about Halle Bailey being Ariel. The live action remakes already suck, so this one is bound to anyways.
I'd seen some fanart of her and I think it looks like she came pull off the red hair. But in the end, if you want to watch The Little Mermaid, just watch the original classic.

The original versions of just about any character always are best, including Ariel!
You probably may not have played final fantasy, but I hate how the new Tifa Lockhart looks in the final fantasy 7 remake! They changed her design way too much because of "offended people". Original Tifa looks way better!

Who's to say that she won't have red hair? Many actresses who play redheaded characters aren't actually natural redheads.
