Well depending on who you ask drawing is important  
I just wish I had the inspiration to draw then I'd become better at it... sometimes I doodle but that won't take me far... OTL
You wanna study and work with art? Woah I bet that would be awesome! Fighting!

hmm~ you can draw without inspiration you just think about anything and try to draw it or you can draw what you love it will always get better eventualy or you can try to draw studies and real people these always get in handy and doodles are good too!! it doesn't matter if they are masterpieces~ 
andd yes~ I was in art school last 4 years but I need college too xD thank you~ ♥

It is so much harder to draw when I'm not inspired and I get the best ideas when I'm in the mood to draw quite often though I just doodle without being inspired and that, I suppose, is what will help me improve eventually x)

Oh, that is impressive! I find Photoshop quite hard to work with at times, but maybe it's because I just recently got it.
