Lineart for the Fire Emblem Club's 20th Anniversary collaboration! I thought I might as well show the lineart before I ruin it with my terrible colouring. xD

This is Nolan, a former merchant turned bum turned mercenary leading the Dawn Brigade to fight Begnion's oppression of Daien (in Tellius, Fire Emblem 10). Even though you hardly get to know any of the newer characters in Fire Emblem 10 due to limited support conversations, you can already tell he's awesome, right?! Well, I think he's awesome! He's a true hero in my book! I even like his name! Nolan!
I kept as close as I could to Senri Kita's design because well.. I cannot improve on it more. xD I decided to give him a bit of a good-humoured pose to further illuminate his coolness!

Nolan is one of the few units I really enjoyed using in the Dawn Brigade (though ironically, on Normal mode, they're all stepping up to the plate, even Micaiah). He hits hard and is pretty skilful for an axe user. Plus, he looks like he belongs in Robin Hood's gang, so bonus points there.

Somehow, I'm having a good run with Micaiah's (not so) Crappy Team. Nolan, Jill and Zihark were always the saving graces, though.

And yes, I think Nolan is very underrated. I think a lot of it is due to the fact that he is in the Dawn Brigade, and many people dislike that group. Plus.. not enough support conversations to flesh him out.

That's true, as a character he is rather lowly developed, but hey, that is a problem with a lot of Radiant Dawn, but you can only introduce new characters and develop them so much!
