Description Well... this is a drawing I did inside of a getwell card for a friend of mine.
He's in the hospital recovering from surgery, and I'm going to go pay him a visit tomorrow... so I drew him an angel of health and medicine.
The colouring I did is simple, and soft, just to give it enough angelic feel to it. Don't want to intensify the colours too much.

Of course, I was going to appropriate the symbol of the medical snakes, and wings that go around a staff image...

I hope he likes it though. =3 he always has loved my drawings...

Oh, this is a really beautiful angel and a really beautiful get-well gift! ^__^ I love how you paid attention to the significance of soft colouring, and there's something so gentle about the pose and drawing style... the wings and hair match the softness of the overall execution of the image, and the angel has a wonderful expression which is so calming and sweet. Hee hee, I'm sure anyone would feel better after looking at this! 'Tis never nice to be sick, especially so close to christmas and I hope your friend feels better by now, and has either recovered or is well on the way! ^^

Yes, he really loved it n_n and he's doing very well too. I think he's out of the hospital too by now, but it's so bad that he has gone there so many times in the past too for various reasons which will not be said.

The hair and wings look very good with the detail. I really enjoy the falling feather in the front as the green looks really attractive in this n_n!. Oh yeah...the angel is very very hot too! Im sure he will like this card, because I see a lot of thought was put into it and theme/idea is very creative for what you are aiming for
