This is my Eterna Contest Appeal. =3

Quick and dirty rundown:
Crissy chose Coulett the Buneary!
Crissy throws gold batons to Coulett
Coulett catches the batons!
Coulett tosses the batons up into the air
Coulett crouches on the ground
Coulett springs into the air with Bounce!
Coulett uses water pulse as she flips through the air
Coulett reaches the top of her bounce and catches the batons, her water pulse disappating into the air around her
Coulett flips over and begins her descent
Coulett presses a button on the batons and a silky blue cloth comes out of both ends!
Coulett twirls through the air, the fabric swirling about her
Coulett lands safely!
Coulett winks at the crowd and uses sweet kiss to finish her performance.

Longer, more in depth description of the above events:
Crissy took a deep breath as she tried to swallow her nervousness. This was her first contest, and she wanted to do her best.
Joyce's arms wrapped around Crissy in a comforting hug. "You'll do wonderfully! I just know it."
Crissy smiled at her best friend. "Thanks."
The roar of the crowd signalled that it was now Crissy's turn to walk onto stage.
"Good luck!" Joyce whispered, squeezing Crissy tight once more before letting her go.
Crissy smiled again as she made her way out to the stage. Her nerves seem to vanish as she gazed out over the crowded seats. Her smile brightened and she curtseyed to the assembled audience. "Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen!" she declared, tossing Coulett's pokeball into the air. "Today for your veiwing pleasure we have Coulett the Buneary demonstrating her gymnastic skills."
Coulett's pokeball hit the ground and opened in a billowing cloud of multicolored smoke and stars from her ball capsules. The buneary waved to the audience, smiling widely. Coulett bowed to the crowd before turning to face her trainer.
Seeing that Coulett was ready, Crissy pulled the twin golden batons out of her sash and tosses them end over end to Coulett.
The buneary easily caught the batons. Quickly she tossed the sticks into the air. She crouched for a moment before launching herself into the air with a series of flips. Coulett used water pulse as she continued to fly through the air, the rings of water spinning in sync with her flips.
Coulett reached the necessary height and straightened her body, handily catching the batons as the her water pulse exploded outward. The drops of water glittered brightly as the dissipated.
As the buneary began her descent she pressed a small button on each of the batons. The ends of the batons popped off as bright blue fabric unfurled from each end. Coulett began spinning again, the cloth following her movements until she resembled a whirlpool of color.
Holding her arms straight out Coulett flipped over one more time before landing solidly on her feet. The Buneary straightened up and winked at the audience. She saluted them with the baton in her left paw and blew them all a kiss, signaling the end of her performance.

Moves used: Bounce, Water Pulse and Sweet Kiss.

I'll be using Coulett the buneary in the next round as well.
