Or well I mean I've been using him as a standalone character but now I'm giving him an AU in Creature-Crossing again.
If your character previously knew Faust, please note that all past relationships with him have been retconned upon his return to the group. Treat him as though he is completely new.

Having stopped by Emera's Elixirs earlier in the day and bought some questionable
edibles, Fuyuki skips about town looking for a villager to subject to the effects of one
of Emera's fantastical magic candies.
There were a lot of villagers out an about, but one in particular caught the mischievous
rabbit's attention.
Faust.
Fuyuki starts to follow from a distance, waiting for an opportunity.
While Faust is distracted, Fuyuki drops one Balance Candy into Faust's pocket from behind in passing, and
hurries to a nearby tree where they would wait impatiently eager to see what would happen...

Heading back to his tent from who knows where, Faust seemed more awake than usual. Seems he actually had a good night's sleep for once the night before. His eye appeared clearer. As did the world to him. The sky was brighter, the trees greener... he always forgets how nice things look when you're fully rested. And naturally, he was taking everything in, as it won't be long before he's deprived of sleep once more. His focus was on the nature surrounding him, and as he approached his tent he noticed someone pass by him but he paid them no mind. Soon enough, he takes a seat on a log behind his fire pit. Sighing, he puts his hand in his pocket to pull out his phone to discover... a candy?
Faust: "How long has this been in there? I don't even remember buying it..."
He mumbles to himself, but despite this he simply shrugs, being used to forgetting what he has in his pockets. He unwraps the candy and throws it in his mouth before taking out his phone, glancing at the time. The sun will be going down soon... he should get a fire started to cook some dinner. Looking beside his fire pit, he realizes his firewood stock is low. That would hardly even keep the fire going long enough to boil water. He grumbles a curse under his breath, realizing he forgot to gather any wood earlier as he had planned. What to do... there's still some time left in the day if he hurries. Slipping his phone back in his pocket along with the empty wrapper, he quickly stands up from the log.
...only to topple over moments after. Unsure as to why he lost his balance like that, he shakes it off, getting up off the ground only the fall over once more. This time he simply sits up, kneeling on the ground and staring down at his hands with a very bewildered look on his face.
Faust: "...what the hell is wrong with me?"

There was a muffled giggle from a bush nearby. Fuyuki was very much
enjoying seeing the confusion of Faust. They were covering their mouth
to prevent from being heard, but could not completely keep from
laughing out.
Fuyuki: "Heheheheheeeee!!!"
Fuyuki watched Faust struggle for a while longer, then jumped out from
their bush to announce themselves and explain what was happening.
And they did so while striking a pose.
Fuyuki: "HAHA! YOU HAVE BEEN PRANKED BY ME, FUYUKI! THAT CANDY
YOU ATE WAS ENCHANTED AND MAKES YOU LOSE YOUR BALANCE!!!"
The little bunny laughed a while longer, put their hands on their hips, and
then came over with a sort of bounce. Not too close though. They wouldn't
want to be grabbed or anything.
Fuyuki: "HEHEHEE! Got you good, nippaaa~~"

Faust looks at the girl approaching, a slight squint to his eye being naturally suspicious of strangers. A fellow fennec fox, with bright red hair. ...at least, her face is that of a fennec. Her ears seem rather small though, at least in Faust's eye. The squint remains as he listens to her speak, his eye looking down at the cookies offered to him after Rosa says her piece.
Faust: "How did you even find my tent? Whatever. I don't want your cookies. Go away."

She placed the basket down in front of the tent and turned around. She shifted before leaving, smoothing her ears.

(I'm so sorry Faust is such a jerk hgnfhng it's nothing against you or your character, he's just super closed off and takes time to be nicer to people. ,,,I just wanted to mention that cause I felt bad having him be so rude there aAAAA)
Faust: ...feh.
He turns away from Rosa, facing towards his campfire and poking it with a stick. Seems he's waiting for her to walk away.

Faust continues to face away from the girl until he hears her walk off. After glancing in the direction she went and waiting for her to be out of sight, his eye wanders over to the basket she placed down in front of his tent. He stares. Stares. Stares. ...suddenly getting up from his seated spot near the fire, he scurries over to the basket, picks it up and, after glancing around once more, runs into his tent with it.
