**When you're lost in the darkness, literally or metaphorically, this angel is there to guide you with her angel light.
I did this piece for the amazingly talented 's 50k contest, where we could pick one of her pieces and redo it. I used the dress in her Contessa piece here as a reference for the angel, and the background of her piece Raveni here sparked my idea for the background of Angel Light. Thanks Ana!!!
Painted from scratch in CS2 with my tablet, I'm guessing maybe 80 hours over three weeks... though it feels like a million! I owe my fiance big time for all the times I bugged him to tell me if part of the painting looked right.

This is very beautiful. I love the gray crinkles in the dress. Just the way it is pulled together with the cloudy dark night is simply gorgeous!
