I see you have left off the twins to give Mother a chance. I do like the idea of a distant memory, because sadly by LOTR that is all she is, except maybe to Elrond.

It's hard for me to imagine Celebrian living happy times before her abduction. I like her because of her sad fate and that fate makes me love Elrond even more.

She and Elrond had many many happy years together, after getting married at the beginning of the Third Age. (The twins & Arwen were born only 102 years apart from each other.) The years when Angmar wasn't on the prowl & the Orcs were quiet in the mountains were probably nice. I do believe she enjoyed visiting Mum & Dad down in Lothlorien a lot.
