like i really like your clear animations, i sometimes go on YouTube just to watch your video at school i have a addiction to your animations x'd i pretty much do watch your videos on scratch, youtube and see your gifs on DA in my school library and in class. owo Like your style is so cute. Someone took down Birdies channel and they are threatening other animation artists as well, I think it’s an overreaction considering Birdie had videos that could doubt as violating guidelines but people are being safe

I used a drawing he’s done for my profile picture yes, don’t claim it to be mine in fact I put a nod to it being his in my bio.
I don’t see harm with using something as a profile picture if credit is given. The places I usually go and comment know it’s not mine and don’t use it as a representation of me, it’s just me having a random filler profile picture until I can draw my own

wow. first, "he"? she's a girl. if you don't know their gender, you can use they or their. second, i see no credits in your profile or anywhere. third, harm? this is a personal drawing, you do not have any permission using it. please respect their hardwork. she won't ever give you permission to do that. and using her artwork/character without permission/credits can already give them harm, which you will never know until someone did the same thing to YOU. random filler profile picture? that's a personal drawing. everyone can draw their own profile pictures, nobody can't. you can use any of your personal artwork as your icon, or commission someone else and use it at least with credits, and always ask before using, that's the basic respect to their work. i prefer you taking down your icon, or when more people see it, you might get in trouble for it. it's not fun using other personal artworks as icon. you can also find a f2u icon anywhere on deviantart, just search for one. if she didn't contract you, that doesn't mean she is fine. she can be heartbroken behind the screen. this is not cool at all. try using artworks by yourself, that's really nice that people can see how good you can draw just when they see your icon. or get one from the internet? i am really sorry for the spam and hate, but please change your icon.

B.) If my bio hasn’t update I’ll fix that myself, I updated it when I first began to use to profile picture
C.) It’s a drawing, yes she worked on the drawing and I like the drawing, I work hard on my drawings and they always turn to shit but I work hard and am proud. I wouldn’t have a single problem with someone using my art as filler profile pictures, in fact I’d be proud someone likes my art that much.
D.) If Mellow has a problem with me using their work as a profile picture until I can make my own when I get my art tablet then let Mellow message me or note me, you aren’t Mellow and aren’t her messenger from what I know. If she is heartbroken I am using her art let her or someone close to her tell me, don’t act as a messenger unless you’ve got proof she wants it down. My pictures are very dark and dim color wise and I want to wait until I can make a quality profile picture, because I’ve got no spare money for a commission.
In short my bio is being ass and didn’t update from my phone so I’ll fix that when I get home. I don’t have money to commission and my screenshots of my drawings are so dimly lit I cannot use them without people being unable to see what it is in the first place. If she wants it down she can send me a note or have someone else contact me in her place. I’ll ask her just to make sure now if it pleases you, but I stay in a secluded section of dA with my friends mostly, people don’t think of my profile picture as me.
