Nate Finsterling.
It's hard to describe him, he is not human. He is from Interworld. It's a very peculiar place - it's not a planet or something, but a some kind of space between the worlds, which is being in a constant movement. Uncertainty and inconstancy are the most fitting definitions for this place all in all and for its inhabitants, landscapes (which remind S. Dali's or R. Gonsales' works) and emplacement. Residents of the Interworld ( including wormlings, birds, doggies btw) are intelligent - but in their own way - it's hard for them to communicate with humans in a way, habitual for us. Interworld abides logics, similar to logics of the dreams. Some of its creatures, that get into our world, get humanized, like Nate for example, but, nevertheless, they remain creatures from the Interworld.
Everything is rather undefined yet - I have just recently decided to think this place and its inhabitants over and put everything straight (as much as it's possible of course). So now I gave just a brief description of Finsterling and to where it came from.
