This scan quality is horrible e-e
Well, after much hard work, I finally finished a full fledged traditional drawing! This is actually for school, and the assignment was to draw our "favorite character". So of course, I chose Eridan. I used Prismacolor markers as well as the original copics. I think it turned out pretty good for my first attempt.
I'm so happy it's done, I worked on it slowly in increments over the course of about 2 weeks.

You're going to be doing that for the rest of your days if you want to write little summaries of each part XD
I would only do that for large concepts that Hussie explains, such as quadrants.

I actually understand quadrants perfectly and I understand the timelines perfectly (my friend told me spoilers)
I have a harder time with little stuff, but I probably won't continue doing this

Well it seems people still don't quite get what each part of the quadrants mean.
ESPECIALLY KISMESIS.Β
Most people tend to think that Kismesis pairs want to kill each other and things like that. No, that isn't true at all. Of course they don't really like each other, but if your Kismesis is in trouble, THE TROLL WILL DEFEND THEM. People really don't get that. Β It's a pretty complex quadrant, but really, it doesn't take much to understand.Β
But to really understand things, you can't be spoonfed the information from someone who's already read it. The real journey is discovering what everything's purpose is yourself. But that's my opinion.

from what I know about Kismesis it's more like your equal Rival or you equal hate each other mixed with attraction, they don't want to kill each other and they will protect each other. Kind of like to Jerks who make fun of each other but like each other and will protect each other.
If the Kismesis kill each other then why even have that quadrantΒ

My teachers an older man, so he's not familiar with it. Though my friend was in his class prior to me, and she drew homestuck all the time in there. So it's nothing he hasn't seen before.Β
