Is it weird that she strangely reminds me of Mai from Another? Her hair, the eye patch, her clothes, and expression? At first, I thought that's who it was!

Well, whatever~ This is very well done, and the composition gives off a calm feel. It's as if she's thinking, 'Sigh, those are some nice looking macaroons... I just don't feel like eating them now...'
