This is the Hatsuharu doll I made! (He's from Fruits Basket) This is my second time making a doll. I think he came out well. One of the best parts is I can remove all his clothes and jewelry and he'll be naked again. He's almost 14 inches tall!See his other photos here:

It's definitely possible, although you'd have to do it as a commission and I'm currently closed for commissions, but will reopen in a few months.

There isn't much to a commission. You simply pay for me to make a certain plush and then I'll send it to you. At current prices, you'll probably have to pay at least $60 for a plush (of course I'm much improved from the old days, so Haru would look much neater and have a more durable skin fabric than the one in this pic).

I made up my own pattern. It wasn't so hard since I had already made another doll, so it gave me an idea how to go about making this one

well at the time I hadn't realized people put up patterns on DA, so I had to figure it all out on my own. I just do it piece by piece so it's easy. I make two legs, two arms, attach them to a body and then make a head.
Good luck with your plush! Don't feel bad if it doesn't look great at first; it takes time and practice like everything else

woa! u figured it all out on ur own? daaang! so u do the legs and arms seperatly? I just got all my stuff for making my first plushies today! i'm so excited! i'm starting with something easy, a little Kyo cat! then moving on to people. I'm gonna make my friend's OC and Tidus (final fantasy X) doll! thanx for ur advice and tutorials/examples! I still totally love ur Haru doll!!
