Description
I took this the same morning and on the same beach as 'East Sands Sunrise'. As the sun crept up over the horizon and flooded the beach with a soft warm light I felt a sense of completion, not only of the extended night out of which this excursion became the tail end, but also the relief that for at least another few months my life would finally be free from exams...!
Pictured is my flatmate on East Sands, St Andrews, roughly an hour after first light.
