I like it very very very very very very much!!! They are my two favorite musical's characters, Javert and Elphie!!!!!

Elphaba looks beautiful, I like the kind of You draw her hair in a sweet braid and Javert with that cute reindeer ornaments in the base of his coat! And their scarves and gloves!!! And their hats!!!

Javert is too cool to blush from cold. He looks at cold in the face and say "I am the law, and the law is not mocked." XXD (Definitly a compliment, because it is true to the character)
This is really cute! I love their costumes and their interaction.
