Description
This is my first attempt at foam heads....I think I am likeing it alot, It's much faster to make and alot easier to form to what I want.I think I will be useing foam from now on.

What kind of foam are you using? how are you fastening the pieces to the main part, sewing? Are you using some kind of frame under there?

I would have to say that the foam does breath a bit easier. and is a lot easier to form.

The foam you're using... is it packing foam or any other common foam that might be easy to get ahold of?

go to wal-mart and buy a $10 bed foam roll. it's super flexible and cuts fairly easir with sharp scissors. most likely it will have all kinds of frilly squiggles on one side, just use scissors to cut it off and make a flat surphace. that foam is the shit, and There is enough in 1 roll to make like 3 heads and still have some left over.

Awesome. Seems to me we have a bit of that around here. Any comments on feet and hands? I've seen some decent feet that were built off of a pair of shoes. Any ideas?

Looks a lot more Lynx-like than tiger if you ask me, but it's a great head none-the-less ^^

I have changed it a bit since this pic. It now has the rounded ears, white fur and black stripes. I will post pics of it soon.
I noticed the lynx in it too. *nods* it was mainly becasue of the ears.
