Description Oil on stretched canvas - 24 Β½ x 36 inches or 62 x 91cm.
Bali is one of the places I wish to visit at some time in my life. The mixture of natural wonders, temples, culture and people would make an ideal holiday.

For this painting I have combined two aspects of Indonesia the Javanese dress and a Balinese temple.

My reference picture were both from the multitalented stock provider Julia Dewanti from

Allen first I must say this is incredible and your eye for details on her hair ornaments, the designs on her dress is just..simply put..Impressive!!! And the temple and the background is amazing!!

Thank you, I am so glad you like it. I do tend to work in a big scale, probably why it takes me so long to produce work but it does make it easier to add details .

...gorgous artwork my dear Allen!Amazing realisme,and I am mesmerized and dazzled by Your incredible meticulosity...
the sky in the background wonderfully contrasting with the main subject in front.Even in the rest of the background as the towers,so much details and precisions...

wow Allen... I'm speechless..
Its a wonderful work and I love the way you imagine how to combine between two cultures Javanese and Balinese, the result Wow. in this painting.. now finally I learned something.. we have so many different cultures and tribes here.( which is sometimes we argue which culture is the best) but we are one nation, and we are same.
so I would say. from this painting you could show two different cultures can be united and you can create beautiful art. you're briliant Allen... you make me proud to be Indonesian...
and it such an honor you created this...

I am so glad you like it Julia. As an outsider looking at Indonesia it seems an immensely diverse country, I suppose it can’t be helped when you have over 17,000 islands.
I am glad I was able to use two of your stocks successfully.
And I will definably visit Bali some day .
