Probably $45 + shipping, slightly cheaper than what I charged the first time because now I know what I'll be doing. Plus, it'll be fun to re-enact this and improve it.

I especially like the ears though. Not like other Glaceon hats. I like it when the ears are like this.

Well it would depend how you would want it, I probably cant make it mask-like like the actual pokemon itself, but I can sew on decals with the eyes and facial sockets and such, or if you dont want the eyes and stuff it would be much simpler. Still a challenge, but I'm always up for a good hat design.
I'd just need to figure out how to design the ice-horn things and the swoop in the back and stuff.
I cant make it for another week or two if you want it soon because I'm out of the country, but I would love to discuss details if you're interested.
