Carved alder guitar body, work in progress so it's not finished yet. I carved the lines by hand, no router or machine was used. Done using chisels/gouges and files.
The paua inlay is made of actual shell pieces, (not laminated or fake stuff) so it took some time since 90% of the pieces weren't flat. I had to sand them down by hand to fit. Quite challenging, because when you sand through the layers you can lose the best colors...
