Hate to say it but this already exists in much better quality on another site so either give the origional artist credit or I claim art theft

I think it was traced or copied, since it doesn't look EXACTLY like the original. I'm not sure if that's still art theft. If so, a LOT of people are in trouble on this site.

It is definitely art theft if it's traced or copied, and since dA is...inconsistent with its copyright policies, there are a shitton of traced/copied images floating on dA.

I don't think they are inconsistent but they do have to go through a lot of complaints. If you didn't report it, then nothing will be done.
