You've met with a terrible fate, haven't you?'Cause I love this game so much.
It may not be my favorite Legend of Zelda game, and the dungeons are one of the reasons that I don't replay it as often as OoT. *throws things at the Great Bay Temple and Stone Tower Temple 'cause SERIOUSLY THOSE DUNGEONS GIVE THE WATER TEMPLE A RUN FOR ITS RUPEES*
But I still absolutely love the mood of this game, with the ominous moon inching closer and closer, the clock counting down, and how the stories of all the side characters are told. It's depressing and has this rich, dark atmosphere that's just amazing.
Anyway, sketched, scanned, and then colored in SAI. I also did a bit of tweaking in Photoshop since last night. The original can be seen on my art blog.

... Skull Kid looks like he's just relaxing by the nice warm fire, contemplating the meaning of life or some other such philosophical thing. I don't know, he looks so relaxed to me. XD And I'm imagining the sounds of people screaming, because my brain decided that fire's fueled by a small town/city.
Anyway, aside from the weird tangents my brain is going on, this is a really cool (and oddly relaxing) picture!

I have literally been trying to beat this game for the last year. *procratination* I love it, though!

Oh man, you need to finish it! I'm going to guess you're at the Great Bay Temple or the Stone Tower Temple. That's typically where people get frustrated and put the game down for a long time.
Naaah! It's what I was going for. I was going for a half innocent/childish and half chaotic sort of thing. Y'know, it fits Skull Kid/Majora with how he acts like a gleeful kid the whole time he's causing havoc throughout the game.

Actually, I'm in the Snow Temple. I was farther, but my game uh, died. Corrupt data. So I had to start over. And now we've run into a 'loading-the-next-area' problem. It just freezes.
So difficulty isn't a problem, it's just technical errors.

The coloring tecnique here is really nice,lights are really good and i love the effects of the fire in this!!
